When the King Who Hated Them Praised Their God


There’s something in Daniel 3 that surprised me — not the miracle, but who spoke after it happened. Nebuchadnezzar, the same king who tried to kill Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ended up praising their God.

That made me stop and think: sometimes the strongest testimony doesn’t come from what we say, but from what people see in our lives — especially those who don’t believe. Their quiet trust in the fire spoke louder than any argument, and it challenged me to ask: Does my faith speak like that?
